Ã÷ÐǺÚÁÏ

Jeff Baker is group vice president and chief integration officer at Ã÷ÐǺÚÁÏ Foods. In this position, he is leading planning for the anticipated integration of Brakebush Brothers, LLC, following the completion of Ã÷ÐǺÚÁÏ Foods’ pending acquisition of the company. Upon closing, Baker will lead efforts to bring the organizations together while preserving the strengths that have made Brakebush successful.

Baker joined Ã÷ÐǺÚÁÏ Foods in sales in Dubuque, Iowa, in 1990. Over the course of his career, he has served in numerous leadership roles spanning retail marketing, foodservice, deli and enterprise performance. He was named group vice president of enterprise performance in 2025 after leading several key areas of the business. In 2026, he assumed his current role.

Baker earned his bachelor of arts in marketing from the University of Dubuque. He has completed the executive development program at the Wharton School of Business.

In 2015, Baker was elected to the Board of Directors for Applegate Farms and in 2016, the Board of Directors for Ã÷ÐǺÚÁÏ Foods International Corporation. Baker is a veteran of the United States Air Force and is a founding member and former executive sponsor of HMVET – the company’s military veterans employee resource group.

Baker has served in the community as a deacon for Our Savior’s Lutheran Church. He is on the Board of Directors for the Austin Salvation Army, the Board of Directors for the International Deli Dairy Bakery Association (IDDBA) and the National Pork Board – domestic marketing.

Baker and his wife, Diane, have three daughters and seven grandchildren.
