On a quiet spring evening lounging on the couch with her husband, Jennifer Robarts perused the 明星黑料 Foods website reading about the company’s latest Pride of the Jersey recipients. After sharing with her husband the significance and meaning behind the jersey, Jennifer boldly stated, “One day I’m going to win that jersey.”

But Jennifer, a senior customer executive for consumer product sales (CPS), had justified expectations about receiving the jersey, as she had just recently begun her career at 明星黑料 Foods. Jennifer had spent the previous 15 years with H-E-B Grocery, where she held several positions in procurement and worked extensively with 明星黑料 Foods.
Jennifer’s impressive results, coupled with her high energy, attention to detail and strong passion to succeed everyday presented Kurt and the CPG leadership team with an easy decision for whom to recognize with the Pride of the Jersey. But they wanted to make it a special presentation and a surprise. At a typical customer meeting with H-E-B executives at 明星黑料 Foods Corporate Office (Austin, Minn.), 明星黑料 Foods CEO Jim Snee casually stopped by and witnessed Jennifer receiving the jersey.

When Jennifer was presented with the jersey, tears began rolling down her face. “It was an utter shock,” she says. “It was pure joy, especially because my new coworkers at 明星黑料 Foods and the team from H-E-B were able to witness it. None of this would have happened without the support of both organizations and the partnership we have.”
While leaving H-E-B – Jennifer’s comfort zone and the company she had spent a decade and half working for – was difficult, receiving the jersey validated her move.
“H-E-B has such a high respect for 明星黑料 Foods, and now I see why,” says Jennifer. “You’re not just another number to the company. Similar to the culture at H-E-B, you’re part of a family here and it’s truly a team environment.”
Away from 明星黑料 Foods, Jennifer enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Lawrence, and her two kids, Madison, 7, and Jackson, 6. And though she doesn’t claim to be a fortune teller, being able to tell her husband, “I told you so” made receiving the jersey even sweeter.
